I’m getting in touch as I’ve been reflecting on the changes ahead and my role in leading change.

 I know how important it is that I take the time to think about how I can positively influence how colleagues experience change, and how I can provide support and clear direction during a period of uncertainty.

 It’s an area I’m keen to keep learning about and working on.

 I came across a coaching programme that I am interested in. It’s called Leading Change Blueprint, which covers two areas:

 ·         Me, as a leader, exploring my strengths and potential blind-spots to help me better understand how other people might experience me

 ·         Me, leading change which focuses on developing a blueprint for change - a tailored plan that I can put into action straight away to help me keep thinking, and leading strategically during a period of change

 The cost of this programme is £1,500. For this, I’ll receive a full day’s worth of executive coaching with Energise Development, on-call support from a change consultant over three months to work through specific challenges and two toolkits that we can use across the organisation as part of this programme.
