Powerful Leadership Communication

“The goal of many leaders is to get people to think more highly of the leader. The goal of a great leader is to help people to think more highly of themselves.”
— J Carla Northcutt

A leadership communication workshop for managers

A lot of managers think that speaking in big, vague terms makes them sound strategic. As if getting into the detail is beneath the role.

But everyone leaves the room not really knowing what’s just been said to them.

In reality, being really clear is a far more strategic way to communicate than any amount of buzzwords or corporate speak. And with more and more of what we read being written (or polished) by AI, people notice when a leader actually sounds like themselves.

This workshop is about building the confidence to do that, whether you’re standing up in front of people or writing a report.

Why two days?

Because you don’t get better at communicating by hearing about it. Two days gives people real time to practise, and to get feedback on how they come across. They can run back to back, or a few weeks apart so people can try things out at work in between.

Who is it for?

Mid-level managers and heads of department or service who want more confidence in their own voice.

Pricing

Two days, in person or virtual.
