Her deep experience of Local Government, combined with her private sector background, means she brings a breadth of perspective, helping teams to draw on best practice, while keeping solutions grounded in the realities councils face during reorganisation and change.

Jodi specialises in helping organisations shape organisational culture. She has worked with major brands including Vodafone, Aldi, GSK, Sky and Ralph Lauren, and now increasingly supports public sector organisations to turn complex change into meaningful progress.
